We have grown up amidst daydreams, tales often characterized by gender stereotypes, and clichés that for decades have influenced girls' lives and contributed to biases in our society:
Girls in STEM fields: 16.6% - Boys in STEM fields: 35%
Female managers: 28.5% - Male managers: 71.5%
Women registered in Sports Federations: 28%
Bringing gender equality into our society and providing equal opportunities for girls: this is Saugella's mission.
The brand perceives its product for young girls as an opportunity to extend its message of empowerment.
Thus, 'All the Shades of You' is born, a social purpose campaign that teaches young girls not to limit themselves based on gender,
allowing them to engage with the packaging label.
In collaboration with the Rava Foundation and illustrator Giulia Zoavo, we have created a special edition by removing its original color
and enriching the label with illustrated stickers that can more accurately represent each girl's personality.
This campaign empowers girls to express themselves freely, without predefined codes and colors.
